First, this email information was obtained from the club
registration sheet. If you are being contacted and wish to be removed,
please reply sender and you will be removed.
Secondly, we
will be having our regularly scheduled meeting this Wednesday after
school until 6:30 pm. Please be sure to pick your child up on time. I
will provide snack for this meeting, but anticipate team members to
start supplying snacks (more information Wed.) Our website,
oakgroverobotics.org will be updated regularly from here on out. Be
sure to use this to stay up to date with club news/updates. Third,
I am looking for some good volunteers to coach. I think we will have a
few teams this year and need to get some more adult help/supervision.
All of our meetings are opened to adults, but you must get certified as a
volunteer. Here's a link:

due to scheduling constraints and my increased duties in other
programs, I would like to consider having other meeting times in the
mornings before school. Currently, I am think about one or two days
from 8-9:30. We will talk about this at the next meeting, but please be
thinking if this would work out for your student. |
